How to Make Antipasto Salami Skewers at Home

Ingredients:
(Makes 12 full skewers or 24 half skewers)
- 24 bocconcini balls (Can replace with Mozzarella)
- 6 olives halved
- 36 slices of Goose on the Loose salami of choice
- 24 slices of prosciutto rolled
- 36 basil leaves
- 36 red cherry tomatoes
- 36 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 12 Bamboo Skewers
Method:
- Pierce the antipasto ingredients onto a skewer in this order: red tomato, yellow tomato, basil, salami, bocconcini, prosciutto, basil, salami, red tomato, olive, bocconcini, prosciutto, yellow tomato, salami, basil, finishing with a red tomato at the point of the skewer.
- Continue to add ingredients for each skewer. Skewers can be refrigerated up to one day in advanced.
- Once ready to serve, place skewers on a platter and drizzle the pesto evenly over each skewer.
