How to Make Antipasto Salami Skewers at Home

Ingredients:

(Makes 12 full skewers or 24 half skewers)

  • 24 bocconcini balls (Can replace with Mozzarella)
  • 6 olives halved
  • 36 slices of Goose on the Loose salami of choice
  • 24 slices of prosciutto rolled
  • 36 basil leaves
  • 36 red cherry tomatoes
  • 36 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 12 Bamboo Skewers

Method:

  1. Pierce the antipasto ingredients onto a skewer in this order: red tomato, yellow tomato, basil, salami, bocconcini, prosciutto, basil, salami, red tomato, olive, bocconcini, prosciutto, yellow tomato, salami, basil, finishing with a red tomato at the point of the skewer.
  2. Continue to add ingredients for each skewer. Skewers can be refrigerated up to one day in advanced.
  3. Once ready to serve, place skewers on a platter and drizzle the pesto evenly over each skewer.
